Ian Rapoport:

Free agent CB Shareece Wright is signing with the #Ravens, source said. He fills an immediate need.

If the worst Cb on the planet gets a pick six against us, I'll put my Niners fandom on hold and root for the Seahawks the rest of the season. That's how sure I am it won't happen.

We won't even throw in his direction..... silly faithful, why attack a weakness?

on the other hand, I expect to see Flacco put some big #s vs us, Eli is a snail, Flacco is no different but no pass rush or hits to the QB, we're going to get pick apart.

go niners...yay...

Excerpt from an article about limiting Bow's snaps.....nothing real surprising to even the most casual observers, i.e. me. That being said, I think it's pretty incredible that Bow is top 15 after the horrific nature of his knee injury.

The scouting service Pro Football Focus ranks Bowman 14th of 51 inside linebackers. He has a 5.2 grade against the run but a minus-5 grade in coverage. Teammate Michael Wilhoite ranks 44th with a minus-3 grade against the run and a minus-5.3 grade against the pass.

Damnit, now I want us to win 42-7 with the one TD for the Ravens being a pick six by Wright. I want to see if you'll carry the bet out. Just kidding.

I still watch every game and love Sundays...but just not that same appeal now that were 1-4.

12-4 here we come? lol

Eli is one of the quickest in the league at getting rid of the ball and has only taken four sacks all year. Flacco holds onto the ball longer than Eli. Not an excuse for the poor defensive performance last week, but maybe Eli gets away at times that Flacco doesn't.

2016 Niners are still looking like a possible playoff team

For me, football as a sport is getting tough to watch. Penalties getting called way too much, ruining the flow of the game. You can't even play defense. Insane rules to determine what is and is not a catch. I don't know... the game just feels different and I am enjoying it less and less.

its the penalties that are pissing me off lately.... Every time a big play happens you always have to stop and wait to make sure there are no flags. Its too offensively geared.

I'm not going to stop watching anytime soon, but its frustrating.

Living in AZ i get to hear a good amount of Bruce Arians talk...Man talk about a coach who tells it like it is about his players. He will straight tell the media if someone is dogging it. Makes you miss a good coaching staff.

Have yet to hear Tomsula say when someone is playing bad...I understand not throwing players under the bus but it would be nice to see Tomsula criticize the play a little more openly.

But Tomsula is a players coach... this is what the players, current n former, and FO wanted... forget coaching performance, they want a guy who pats them on the back and tell them good job....

although Tomsula does not hide that the record is not acceptable... at least he has that going.

This is why I've been screaming from the hilltops for them to get Thomas and Brown in there at the offensive line. See what you have in them and let them get the reps so they can take their lumps now and be better prepared for 2016.

The smart play is to use this year to build for 2016 and beyond. The team clearly isn't built for a Super Bowl run this season so why bother making moves to win now at the expense of winning games in the future where you could be in better position to make a run.

The worse the record the better the draft position and this team desperately needs top flight talent. It's overflowing with average role player type of guys but because of Baalke's lousy drafts in the earlier rounds it lacks elite players.

I really like Arians as a coach, but I don't care for coaches calling out individual players in the media. Maybe that is working in AZ, but that can backfire. I think some of that staff is better served keeping in house. Tomsula has been more up front about the team than Harbaugh ever was. So in that regard I can't complain too much about that.
