2016-17 schedule release

Post#1 » by ChrisPozz » Thu Apr 14, 2016 11:58 pm

Matt Barrows:

Hearing #49ers won't play on Christmas Day like most of the league. Instead they'll be in L.A. On Christmas Eve.

Several UNCONFIRMED reports also have the 49ers playing the Rams in week one. One would think with their move it could be in prime time even though it would be a home game for SF.

That's a pretty brutal start to the season and starting 0-5 is a pretty real possibility.

This will be Tom Brady's first time playing the 49ers in the state of California. Hmm...

First 5 certainly a killer

I do like we play seattle at home for the 2nd gm but at the end of the season.... that's a tough one...

Opening up vs LA is a good one.... Wentz vs Goff could be the headliner... similar to Mariota vs Winston last season.

The Goff-49ers train went kaput a long, long time ago, IMO. It'll have to be a different headline.

At least we have a shot at the #1 pick after this season. Get our QB, or if there are takers make a Tennessee like trade down.
