Agreed. Staley should be the backup for that game if he's active.

I can't believe they found that guy on the street. What a gem.

I know you said before that you are not a fan of PFF grades, but FWIW the top five offensive grades for last night were Kittle (way ahead of anyone else), Jimmy G, McGlinchey, Brunskill, and Richburg. The bottom five were James, Mostert, Skule, Celek, and Jusczyzk (that surprised me!). So for those thinking that Brunskill should get another start, PFF would seem to agree.

I’m still not convinced Brunskill Is better than Skule, but he is certainly the healthiest offense of tackle theeam has right now. He’s looking very impressive, but Skule was hobbled with a leg injury. I’d hate to make a wrong judgment about a player because he was hurting.

OOPS!

Now I am. Brunskill needs to stay right there at RG. I LOVE this OL with Brunskill in there.

It'd be even better if Richburg didn't get hurt, but you can't have everything. Maybe cut him & sign Alex Mack in the offseason? He'll be 33, but he's still playing great.
