Great (and lucky!) half outside of Deebo. If this keeps up, can someone please tell Kyle to pull our key guys earlier than he normally does? Don't need any more injuries.

I certainly don’t think anyone is going to fool themselves into thinking Purdy is a franchise guy. But he’s having a great game for sure

Purdy is showing that he can handle and isn't rattled by blitzes and can evade them with his mobility, but a lot of his passes have been getting completed due to thinned out pass coverage down the field.

I can see defense starting to make the adjustment to back off the blitzes and drop more defenders into coverage.

Tampa's starting 2 safeties are out also. But still, Purdy is doing a good job.

I completely agree. If I were an opposing coordinator I would rush 4 and drop everyone else. With his lack of arm strength I’d play a lot of zone

I am not so sure about that. Smarts, pocket presence, gamer count for a lot. I know, I know it's one half.

Kyle Shanahan got Trey Lance injured now Deebo. Stop freaking using our non running backs as if they’re fullbacks. He negligently designed plays for Trey as if he were a fullback. And he got carried away with Deebo. You have CMC and Jordan Mason. Let them fight for yards for you between the tackles.
