Well special teams was actually operating as a slight +, so they needed that penalty for the water to start to find its level

Rams with great field position and their running game started to gain a bit of steam. We need the running game to start gaining some traction.

Its imperative they stop them on 3rd down here, and hope the offense can dig their head out of their ass in a 2 minute drill before halftime
