Did he play with Robert Nkemdiche last year? If so is he the one that's supposedly be the strongest person on the team and as strong as anyone in the SEC?

Yep.

Has a 440 bench press max
650-pound squat

That could both be a good thing or bad thing depending on the context.

49ers just took Utah edge guy Pita Taumoepenu. Really like some of what he brings as a project. Very inexperienced but his best football is coming yet IMO.

Nice. I've seen him play a lot. Holds the point of attack with ease. Bowman and Foster will be happy lining up behind him.

Every year a player that you like gets picked right before or after we have made a selection. Lol. Never fails.

Thank you. This round it happened before AND after.

Bucky Hodges
49ers take Pita
Broncos take De'Angelo Henderson

Obviously when you get as in depth as I do with the draft it's going to happen but the frequency in which it happens is pretty amazing.

PFF:

In 2016, Taumoepenu had 10 sacks, nine QB hits, and 33 hurries on his 382 pass-rushing snaps. Taumoepenu’s 15.9 pass-rushing productivity rating on third downs ranks 30th among edge-rushers

Guarantee John Lynch will rave about his make up.

As a Utah fan, that's now 8 Utah players drafted this year.

Rams take V-Tech FB Sam Rogers. Not loving that one as a 49ers fan. Does a bunch of things pretty well. Hell of a pass pro guy. Played QB in high school. Very smart kid. Move piece for them. Bummer.

Georgia State WR Robert Davis to Washington. That's a good pick there IMO.

I am but I have relatives who have gone there over the years dating back to the 90s so I'm somewhat forced into it.

Conor McDermott to the Patriots. Struggled big time against Myles Garrett this year. Was at LT this year but I think he's best on the right side in the NFL......but it's the Patriots, so...

If I were GM:

Mitch
Cam Robinson
Pat Elflein
Carl Lawson

...And the rest I didn't really have strong opinions about.

Not saying that Stafford has the personality or the innate skill set to mentor anyone, but that's a good environment for Kaaya to develop in. He can learn through observation under Stafford. Detroit can use him in 3 years as trade bait.
