The Fournette to JAX move puts an interesting dynamic to the friendship of Dave Gettleman (Panthers GM) and Tom Coughlin (Jags exec VP of football ops). At least it certainly makes for an interesting first conversation whenever those two talk again.

It is also weird that there wasn't more talk about him playing with a bum shoulder.

Can't see the link... Just IMO Barnett is easily the better player... Don't like the pick. WOuld have prefered a trade Back orBarnett, Adams, Hooker, Foster, Or John Allen in that order...

Myles Garrett was an easy call for the Browns. Draft gets interesting now. 49ers want to trade down and take a WR later. Browns could come back up from 12 into top 5-6, whether it's for Trubisky or another defensive stud.

Then just take Corey Davis at 2.

Just thankful Corey didn't end up a Cardinal, which was one of my biggest fears of tonight. One of the easiest kids to root for in this entire class.

Wasn't a big fan of Mariota but that's a real solid combo to root for if you are in the business of rooting for good dudes in a league full of AWFUL people.

All I ask for the rest of the Draft is Reuben Foster doesnt go to a NFC West team... I don't want to see him utterly destroying the Niners twice a year...

Return to San Francisco 49ers
