We need to do one of 3 things this off-season:

1. Go all in on Lance and get rid of Jimmy
2. Go after another QB and let Lance be the back up
3. Get a new offensive play caller and do either 1 or2.

This offense hasn’t changed and the league has figured it out. If we don’t add more to it then we aren’t going anywhere.

No sense of urgency by the offense

We have pretty much our entire offense out there. I understand the defensive struggles but jeez what the hell

That outside screen to Deebo, is the type of playcall you make with 9 seconds to go before the half and no timeouts, needing to pick up some yardage for a FG attempt.

Not so much, when you are in desperation comeback mode
