Not happy with Sanu, but its gotta be on the cheap thus low risk high reward... I’m not holding out much hope... the guy is slower now than he was back in his Kyle days that everyone keeps reconnecting with.

Shame on missing out on Ziggy but I agree, it has to be about the money

Sanu is a baller & the ultimate teammate. He was a great second option to Julio Jones in Atlanta & I expect him to be the same to Deebo.

Goodness, our whole team dropping like flies :( ... This must be apart of the “Super Bowl hangover”

Witherspoon is trash, he’s going to get burnt by every team we play until Sherman comes back :banghead:

Verrett is still out, right? OMG, is Dontae Johnson going to start at CB? The only silver lining is that the Jets' only viable receiver primarily plays out of the slot.

At least being in a WR grouping that includes Taylor, Bourne and Jennings, Sanu should fit right in with the slowest group of WR's in the NFL. And even though Pettis has speed in a timed 40, since he never uses it to any advantage in an actual game he could probably be an honorary member of that undistinguished group. That puts a lot of pressure on a rookie like Aiyuk to produce.

"Calf strain" is worrying for someone who's had Achilles problems.

You've got to be kidding me. Our training staff has got to be the worst in the league. How are all these guys getting hurt? Unbelievable.

iirc Sherm also had a Calf strain that led up to his Achilles injury. The team also played on a short week (Thursday) when the injury occurred. So take it for what it's worth. But a smart move to sideline him. The guy is at that age when "load management" is key.

Crowder is out. Really dodging a bullet by getting the Jets this week. With the possible exception of us, they are almost certainly the weakest team in the league at the WR position.

Kittle out, Aiyuk in.

Can't take the Jets missing Bell/Crowder lightly. They absolutely can't allow this to be a trap game.

9ers need to play all 60 minutes this week like they played the first 6 minutes last week. Come out a house of fire, while not letting up and don't allow NYJ to stick around.

Don't absolve Bourne for whiffing on the block.

I mean, even without Kittle we'd better beat the frickin' Jets. Though they have a pretty good run D, so the offense could struggle. I'm starting Aiyuk in daily fantasy.

Watching the Jets, they are bad all over. They should be the clear favorites to get the #1 pick. 49ers DL should be able to get home vs Darnold. 4 sacks and 2 turnovers is doable.

Does anybody have any good streams to watch 49ers games?

Maybe they will try to do more in the run game instead of putting Jimmy in the shotgun.

What happened to the 22 personnel heavy game plan?

Though with Kittle not playing maybe Kyle is going to try to tinker some more.
