We're kicking a FG trailing by 23? Seriously? What good is three points?

The Dolphins have a bad defense. Our offense is mostly healthy. And we can barely move the ball on them, much less score. This is a disaster.

Does Shanny not get WRs open? Feels like there’s hardly any open targets downfield? We barely strike on those attempts...

Or do our WRs not get separation? If so, why we draft them so high?

That’s a good comparison, we are the 2019 Rams coz they struggled early in the season then made a run at the end but it was too late

Here, I'm a little pissed as everyone else is here. If the Niners make a late run there's a chance to make the PO's with the extra playoff spot. Definitely helps with the fact that HFA doesn't matter this year with stadiums being at most 25% capacity, although that is a fluid situation with the possibility teams will want to challenge that number to create more of an advantage for their sake.

Y’all really thought CJ was gonna make a comeback? Smh. We lost this game in the first half when QB 1 aka Porn Star Jimmy stunk up the place

The FG is fine.

You're better off with 3 points making it a 20 point game than going for a low percentage conversion on 4th and 14.

The odds of winning still suck though.

I hope Shanahan learns from this humbling and reinvents his offensive game planning....

Offensive line is being dominated, and throwing off the timing of our plays. The Niners have already invested so many picks on the DL for the last several years - it's time to replenish the depth on CB and especially the offensive line. It's no secret McGlinchy is a solid run blocker but leaves a lot to be desired on the pass blocking aspect of his game. His contract runs through the end of the 2021 season, so he may not be resigned to an extension if he continues to struggle. What boggles me is Trent Williams is having a hard time.

If we had won today, we would have still been right in the mix for a WC spot. But losing badly to the Dolphins with our upcoming schedule? There's no chance unless we run the table over the second half of the season.

How he’s going to reinvent his game planning when his starting QB can’t even execute simple plays SMH.

Why is Kyle getting the blame completely for that loss when Quinn was the coach? If you want to deflect attn away from Jimmy, then deflect some of it from Kyle considering he didn't coach the defensive unit last time I checked on that game.

Probably because Quinn is a defensive minded coach & Kyle called the offensive plays.

You're over complicating this.

No I think you're having an agenda you're sticking too, or perhaps you want to see it for what it's worth without seeing the full picture.

Agenda for what? This is a sports message board, it ain't that deep bro.

I simply posted factual information regarding the team's record. A Lot of people tend to be reactional in the moment, and lose sight of context.

Case in point, masses of people were saying that Kaepernick was a turnover waiting to happen after that one Arizona game when he threw 4 picks. However in reality, Kaep has the 3rd lowest INT% in the history of the NFL. People are reactionary

Yeah honestly I doubt we're making the PO's this year. The writing was on the wall once Bosa, our best defender, went out in the Meadowlands. Mathematically there's still a chance but realistically it's not possible. Too many injuries and too many concerns with depth will lead to some overhauls/ridding ourselves of dead weight. I'll be pissed if Lynch drafts another DL in the first round, but it'll probably another position as we are looking at losing Ford plus the majority of our CB's being free agents next year.

We’ve been cursed ever since we let go of Kaepernick... I think it’s best we give Colin a call

Witherspoon is so bad. It's like he doesn't understand that he's supposed to defend the ball.
