Be me:

Notice Guice didn't play well today
Note that it's one game
Don't jump to conclusions
All the while SQBK is going off and likely going to have 300 total yards tonight...

Not changing my opinion on either player. Both great, but Barkley is a different breed.

Tough int for Rosen. He put the ball in a place where only his guy could get it, sadly it bounced off the recievers hands and straight into the defenders arms.

Better accuracy on this drive for Rosen.

Dropped TD. Rosen throws with some velocity. Lasers.

I think it's clear by now that he's the top QB in next year's draft.

Poor guy has some serious scrubs to throw to. They can't catch a damn thing.

Exactly! His best target is his TE and he's pretty average too

And he has no run game but he still balls. Really shows the difference between him and Allen who had another awful game by the way.

How many millions did Allen lose by returning to school? At this rate he wouldn't sniff the first round and would be lucky to be taken in the 2nd.

Christian Kirk - WR - Aggies

Texas A&M junior WR Christian Kirk caught five passes for 110 yards and two touchdowns in a 50-43 overtime win over Arkansas on Saturday.

The highlight was an 81-yard touchdown pass from Kellen Mond in which Arkansas had a communication breakdown while in zone coverage. Kirk instinctively moved toward the vacated part of the field, Mond found him, and Kirk's wheels did the rest. One of the nation's best receivers, Kirk's production has suffered since the beginning of last year due to Trevor Knight's weak arm and Kellen Mond's inexperience.

Josh Rosen - QB - Bruins

UCLA junior QB Josh Rosen completed 40-of-60 passes for 480 yards with three touchdowns and two picks in a 58-34 loss to Stanford on Saturday.

Rosen (6'4/218) continued to make the plays that have scouts salivating, and the same mistakes that leave them scratching their heads. He again struggled with pressure, and he threw several balls off of his back foot; one of which lead to a late pick that essentially clinched the game. There were good things on Saturday as well as seen in the yardage and touchdown, but this was a mixed effort from the UCLA signal-caller, and mixed might be too nice.

Josh Allen - QB - Cowboys

Wyoming redshirt junior QB Josh Allen completed just 9-of-19 passes for 98 yards and a touchdown in a 28-21 overtime victory over Hawaii.

Let's be clear: Allen doesn't have great wideouts, and he doesn't have a great offensive line. Those caveats out of the way, it's still safe to say that this isn't a great start to the season for the 6-foot-5, 230-pound quarterback. His touchdown pass was certainly a clutch one, a 25-yard pass on play-action to a wide-open James Price to give the Cowboys a 28-21 lead in the first overtime. There's plenty of time to rebuild his stock -- and GMs are going to give him some slack for playing with less than a full deck. If he's really going to challenge to be the first quarterback taken in a strong class of signal-callers, however, he's going to have to play (much) better than this.

Jarrett Stidham - QB - Tigers

Auburn redshirt sophomore QB Jarrett Stidham completed 13-of-17 passes for 218 yards and a touchdown while rushing for 35 yards on five attempts in Saturday's 51-14 win over Missouri.

Stidham found Nate Craig-Myers for a 57-yard touchdown in the third quarter to account for his lone score of the game. There was much offseason excitement over the prospect of the redshirt sophomore serving as a turbo-charge for Auburn's offense, but it has yet to come together. Through four games, he has surpassed 220 yards passing just once (that against Mercer last weekend) and owns a mere 3/2 TD/INT ratio. A home date with Mississippi State awaits the Tigers next weekend.

Drew Lock - QB - Tigers

Missouri junior QB Drew Lock completed 23-of-39 passes for 216 yards, two touchdowns and an interception in Saturday's 51-14 loss to Auburn.

Lock started out the season firing off seven touchdown passes against Missouri State. He has come crashing down to earth since then, having now posted a 3/5 TD/INT ratio in subsequent contests against South Carolina, Purdue and Auburn. The gunslinger has arm-talent galore, but has struggled throughout his career against Power 5 competition. Missouri has a much-needed bye week coming up before they travel to Kentucky for their next game.

Baker Mayfield - QB - Sooners

Oklahoma redshirt senior QB Baker Mayfield completed 13-of-19 passes for 293 yards and three scores in a 49-41 victory over Baylor on Saturday.

He also ran for 30 yards. Mayfield didn't have to throw much with the Sooners able to run the football for 342 yards, but he still made more than his fair share of big plays in the win. He opened the scoring early with a 24-yard strike to Mark Andrews to make it 7-0 Sooners with 14:08 left in the first quarter. He also found Demetrius Flowers for a 52-yard score in the first, and his final touchdown pass was a 48-yard dart to Jeff Badet to give the Sooners a 35-31 lead. Oklahoma's defense didn't look great tonight, but Mayfield was once again efficient and able to make plays with his impressive right arm.

Nick Fitzgerald - QB - Bulldogs

Nick Fitzgerald completed 14-of-29 passes for 83 yards with two interceptions and ran for 47 yards in a 31-3 loss to Mississippi State on Saturday.

A week after dominating the LSU defense, Fitzgerald (6'5/230) could get nothing going through the air or on the ground against the impressive Georgia defense. He struggled with accuracy, and made two turnovers that essentially prevented the Bulldogs from getting back into the game. Better days are ahead for Fitzgerald, but for all the good he did his draft stock last week, he might diminished it as much after his struggles against Georgia on Saturday. He'll look to rebound next week against Auburn.

Luke Falk - QB - Cougars

Washington State senior QB Luke Falk completed 37-of-48 passes for 478 yards and five touchdowns in a 45-7 thrashing of Nevada on Saturday.

It was way too easy for Falk, and the 6-foot-4, 223-pound quarterback picked the Wolf Pack defense apart. In Washington State HC Mike Leach's offense the quarterback is very much like a point guard, and Falk distributed the ball evenly and beautifully. He found four different Cougars for scores, with Tavares Martin receiving two of the five touchdowns. Even with his struggles against Boise State he's put up terrific numbers to start 2017, and he'll be on the national radar on Friday when Wazzu hosts USC.
