The receiver was looking back, and Williams wasn't. Which means it's PI. And the receiver stopped pushing after the 5-yard mark.

If Seattle is smart they should concede defeat go out and prepare to play the Eagles next week. Why continue to put your players at risk of sustaining serious injuries. The margin of victory is practically at 4% now. So wave the white flag and prepare for next week.

To my mind, they made contact within five, Lockett is trying to go inside, and Williams is trying to maintain his position. Both guys are pushing. I think it's ridiculous to call that PI.
