I could even say I won't be suprised if Barnett puts up better numbers than Garrett... Not that I think Garrett is going to be a slouch. Barnett just seems to have that no quit motor like Justin Smith had.

Insane that guys like Howard, Kizer, Allen, Robinson and Hooker are still on the board.

I'm not too suprised at Kizer still being on the board.. the rest I agree with you. Kizer to me is harder to figure out if hes a douche, if the coach was a douch, or if he is just a one year college wonder who showed his true colors last season. granted I don't watch much Notre Dame.

Just look at Bama.
Allen, Foster, Howard and Humphrey.

What if Conley makes it to our pick?

Good for Hooker. Funny that he'll be going BACK to Indy for at least the 3rd time because he was just there for combine medical re-checks, where he reportedly passed with flying colors despite many teams still showing a concern for his long term prognosis.

Well, s**t. Hooker's gone. I'm always depressed on draft day.

Thomas might be better than both. :)

Sounds like Arizona got a good player but they gave Chandler Jones a huge deal and they also have a good young LB in Golden.

So whose job is Reddick going to take?

Yes, Humphrey, Foster and Conley as well. The talent left still is absolutely insane.

Cam Robinson & Marlon Humphrey are the 2 best players on the board IMO. Want one.

Ozzie has Jonathan Allen or Cam Robinson fall right on his laps. He's not a genius of a GM. He's just a consistently lucky man.

Kizer
Humphrey
Robinson
Howard

I'd be doing kick flips all the way to Sactown if we get one of these guys next.

I know Alabama gets the top recruiting classes year after year but I can't think of too many Alabama players who've become NFL stars in the last 5 years.

They were all drafted high but no big-time stars ...

Edit: Julio Jones!

Who else?

John Lynch on KNBR: Solomon Thomas 'checked every box'

http://www.49erswebzone.com/articles/105504-john-lynch-knbr-solomon-thomas-checked-every-box/

Lynch said that the new Bears quarterback was the 49ers' highest rated quarterback on their draft board.

I'm not like some... I truly do hope Thomas is better than both... I will be ecstatic if he proves me wrong. I just from what I have watched don't see it that way. I hope Thomas sets the sack record and proves to be a bigger beast than Reggie White.

Robinson has the potential to be absolutely dominant in the league if he gets his head on straight.
