Should have been a 3 & out with Bills offense having no momentum, instead they march down the field and take the lead

Sure, however the DL hasn't been able to get penetration all season. Its not a weather related problem

Very true, but usually they just get stood up at the line and don't penetrate. This time, they are falling before getting blocked. Its a different way they can achieve the same level of incompetence.
