I know Alabama gets the top recruiting classes year after year but I can't think of too many Alabama players who've become NFL stars in the last 5 years.

They were all drafted high but no big-time stars ...

Have to say it where it's appropriate as well just because I always harp on the bad ones. Allen is one of the rare good dudes I'd scream for on the character front. If that dude is a phony and gets sucked off the straight narrow it would really, really, really surprise me.

You know what? I actually wanted to make a post on this to start the night out but I didn't. In terms of good guys, this draft is one of the best for that that I've ever been a part of (since 1998).

Believe me. As we move on you're going to hear it a lot less from me. The top end had a bunch more good dudes than normal this year IMO.
