Derek Barnett - DL - Volunteers

Draft Analyst's Tony Pauline hears that Tennessee edge rusher Derek Barnett "will be drafted earlier than most people presently project."

Pauline is hearing that Barnett and Missouri's Charles Harris are both hot prospects who could outperform expectation. For his part, the 6-foot-3, 259-pound Barnett has checked in with the Cowboys, Bucs and Eagles during the process. He is a likely top-20 selection, though top-10 might be a little much.

Cam Robinson - T - Crimson Tide

The Sporting News Eric Galko writes that Alabama T Cam Robinson's "range goes from fourth overall to the Jaguars to a team like the Giants or Texans moving up above the Bucs at No. 19 to get him."

"That said," Galko relays, "if he’s not taken by the Bengals at No. 9, most expect him to go to the Ravens at No. 16." The Ravens connection is one that Draft Analyst's Tony Pauline likewise reported earlier this week.

One of the better years for suits IMO, which actually isn't saying much because there's still plenty of awful choices. Usually I like the majority of maybe 1 or 2 out of every 10. This year I can find something positive to say about 3 or 4.
