Super Bowl: San Francisco vs. Baltimore | Feb 3rd 3:30 CBS

QUEST FOR SIX! I don't think I need to remind anybody about our Super Bowl history. Let's build on that legacy and start another dynasty! Baltimore is a good matchup and we're in neutral territory. We've got two weeks to plan and Jim Harbaugh never fails when he's got the time.

GO NINERS!

So pumped for this game! The Ravens are a really good team, but I'm feeling pretty confident at this point. When it comes to our defense, the line and linebackers are as solid as they come, but as I was told and as I saw today, the secondary is the weakest link in our defense, but if we can get by a team like Atlanta with some amazing WR's, then I don't see why we can't handle Baltimore's WR's as well. The only thing that I'm particularly concerned about is how Kaepernick will go in a Super Bowl environment and such an early stage in his career, but if we look at his development so far, we see that he's a quick study with the mental makeup to handle a big occasion.

Gonna be a good one .. Our D better show up from the start this time

Though I'm still worried about Akers, he just keeps missing .. Is that other kicker still on the team?

the ravens looked nice tonight but our history speaks for itself, LET'S GO 6-0. it was funny because so many people were picking the falcons to upset us today and they thought the game was over when they went up 17-0. seahawks fans can talk **** all they want but we actually got the job done...

We certainly did get the job done. So many people talk the talk, but don't walk the walk. They say Kaep is inexperienced, but he keeps going out there on the field and doing what it takes to get the W. New slogan for our team:

Colin Kapernick - He gets sh*t done.

I was too young to appreciate the Niners in the glory days. I became a real 9ers fan in 2005-2006, started watching every game and couldn't get enough. Last season was awesome. I loved watching the Niners win games and make the playoffs, but, this season I get to watch them in the Superbowl for the first time -- so excited!

I'm trying to stay calm for this week. The nervousness will probably start kicking in next Monday.

Same here. Tried not to mention the Super Bowl at training tonight, and I'll probably try to keep my mind off it for the next week. Just hoping my 49ers hoodie arrives in time for me to rock it on game day!

Why does how low he wears his socks actually matter? I mean I know there's rules and all, but is the world going to stop turning because of it?

Oh well, I'm sure the fine wont rattle him in the lead-up to the big game. You don't get to be the all-time rushing leader for a team like the 49ers without being pretty mentally strong.

Don't stress dude, it's all good. Some old guy who commented on an article somewhere said we're going to win, so it's virtually a certainty.

Well the thread I post in about the niners was locked on my realgm warrior forum so I'm going to attempt to post here. But I'll inevitably fail because I don't like going to multiple forums just to post about sports. Buuut here goes nothing:

Niners will win.

Said this in our other thread before it was stupidly locked, but a key to this game will be attacking Cary Williams from the get-go. I watched a LOT of Ravens games this year (had Smith and Rice on my fantasy team) and that dude is freakin terrible.

Poor man's DeAngelo Hall who ALWAYS goes for the big play. He can't cover man to man and if he can't jam the receiver on the line (he can't, he sucks at it) he's going to get burnt as Crab and Randy are both faster than him.

If you're listening Niners, attack Cary Williams! Trust me on this one.

This forum is so inactive. Why did my Niners thread on the Warrior forum get locked -__-

This forum is inactive because most of you were posting on the Warriors board. Hopefully more NINERS fans migrate over to the NINERS board.

There's even a Niners forum link on the Warriors board. Just one more click of the mouse.
