Saw a tweet from him talking about the debilitating effects, not being able to do normal every day things like opening things or doing anything active like walking for any kind of distance, playing golf.

Spent training camp last year with the 49ers. Signed with TB on January 4th. Really was interested in seeing what would happen with him because he has an enormous leg but struggles big time with accuracy. Probably won't be back as the 49ers signed Nick Rose in mid-January, likely to be the camp leg this year.

The CFL's Hamilton Tiger-Cats have added NFL quarterbacks Colin Kaepernick and Robert Griffin III to their exclusive negotiation list, a source confirmed Monday. Neither Kaepernick nor Griffin have expressed public interest in playing in the CFL, but both are free agents amid relatively limited NFL interest. If they choose to play in the CFL, Hamilton would own their rights. The Tiger-Cats also have the rights to former NFL quarterback Johnny Manziel, who is attempting a comeback after sitting out the 2016 season.

Meanwhile, guard Andrew Tiller, who started 14 games over the last two seasons, is visiting the Kansas City Chiefs today, per a league source.
-------
The 49ers still are considering re-signing some of their own free agents, including running back DuJuan Harris and receiver Rod Streater. The latter is getting interest from the Seahawks and Colts among other teams, though he has not made any free-agent visits.
--------
Cornerback Marcus Cromartie visited the Lions and has gotten interest from the Seahawks, Jets and Saints as well. those teams may wait until after the draft to make a final decision.

I kind of like Tiller don't know about him being a scheme fit now though. We are gonna need an influx of Gs before the season though.

Free agent RB Tim Hightower is visiting the Redskins on Wednesday, per source – considering a possible reunion after he played there in 2011 before suffering a torn ACL. Hightower, 30, was out of the NFL for three-plus seasons after that because of an undiagnosed infection. But he has made a remarkable recovery with the Saints over the past two years, combining for 923 rushing yards, 329 receiving yards and nine touchdowns as a backup to Mark Ingram. Returning to the Saints is still an option for Hightower, per source. He also visited the 49ers last week and may take one more visit.

Somewhat predictably, he was signed by the Seahawks today.

Don't they know that not being able to get away with holding would ruin Richard Sherman's career?

Because the NFL cares about TV money, not about getting the plays right, raising the integrity of the game.
