Colts released Ricky Jean-Francois in at least a semi-cap related move. He'll be an interesting FA pickup IMO. I'll be curious to see what he gets.

Cardinals also released Ted Ginn. Thank the Lord! I probably shouldn't start wishing but at least he's likely out of the division now.

Spotted on plane on way to SEA, Marshawn Lynch has decided to return to NFL; he and Seattle have reached agreement on new deal, per source.
Sometimes a trip to Turkey is just enough to get a man's mind right...

Per source, meeting between Seahawks and RB Marshawn Lynch has not yet begun. It's likely a deal gets done, but still not done yet.

Re: Around the NFL
Seahawks waived DT Jesse Williams. Don't believe he ever got healthy after coming into the NFL hurt and then going down in camp with a bad knee injury.
It's completely possible that this is 100% health related and if it is, I'd drop it completely. But if there is even a small chance he could stay on the field and that he could possibly get over the knee stuff, I'd have interest again in seeing him in a 49ers uniform as a camp body and then see what happens from there.

Byron Maxwell - DB - Seahawks
Yahoo! Sports' Rand Getlin reports the Eagles are willing to pay free agent CB Byron Maxwell "north" of $10 million per year.
After Kareem Jackson inked a deal for $8.5 million annually to re-sign with the Texans on Saturday, it further made $10 million annually more realistic for Maxwell. The top corner on the market, Maxwell appears he'll be signing with the Eagles as soon as free agency officially opens Tuesday afternoon.

Phuck! This was supposed to be my sleeper signing during free agency.
Nick Fairley - DL - Lions
The Detroit Free Press reports the Lions have turned their attention to re-signing free agent DT Nick Fairley.
Beat writer Dave Birkett expects Ndamukong Suh to leave Detroit, with Fairley and a nose tackle as the Lions' most likely defensive tackle combination this season. Fairley will probably command around $5 million per year. The Lions, like many other teams, are "plenty worried" about Fairley's "health history."

Re: Around the NFL
He was one of my favorite tackles that year he entered the draft. It's unrealistic for him to come to SF to compete for the RT position. He's surely a very good starter in the league.
Bryan Bulaga - T - Packers
The Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel reports the Jaguars, Redskins, and Bucs are interested in free agent RT Bryan Bulaga.
Bulaga, 26 later this month, can play both tackle spots, but would man the right side for each of the three teams listed above. He's said to be seeking $7-8 million per year, a price the Packers seem unwilling to pay after locking up Randall Cobb on Saturday. Bulaga is the No. 1 tackle available in free agency.

Will join @JaysonBraddock as saying CB Byron Maxwell to the Eagles seems like a done deal at $50m+ over 5 with $25m in guarantees.

NE keeping McCourty is huge for them if things are going to look relatively the same (I know Wilfork may go elsewhere now).

The Panthers are bringing back Ted Ginn.
I know, I know. The ship had sailed, but still At least he's out of the division now I guess.

Several teams in talks with Eagles about Foles, #Rams are considered "leading contender" per source.
Can confirm #Rams have "upped their offer" for Foles from what they floated in January, do not know specifics of that offer or current one.

ESPN just replayed Stephen A. Smith's take on Chip Kelly. So E$PN management has let you know what they thought of it.
Shocking. [sarcasm]
