Undisciplined. No composure. No focus. Poor time/clock management. Same **** different toilet.
I'm not gonna call for Harbaugh's head until I know there's a better option out there, but some **** has to change.

gotta say Boldin was jawing back at him pretty good. Maybe his approach is better suited for college kids.
Please not Roman or Fangio if it comes to that.

With Jed York, i wouldn't be surprised.
Low blow? Yes, but emotions are running high right now.

I'm in this same boat at well.
I believe Harbaugh is a good coach but now I seriously question if he and mostly the staff are ever going to be good enough to take the team over the edge.
This team has too much talent to be struggling this much.

I want someone held accountable...
This is horsesh*t..... I'm sorry but back in the Alex smith days, the offense was much more creative, effective and more efficient than today's piss

I love Tomsula but I don't want a defensive guy as a coach especially since we have no idea of what kind of staff he could assemble.

Oh God. Mike Singletary part deux. Please no.
How about see what Tomsula can do as DC before bumping him fully to HC?

this. Make Tomsula DC. Find a HC. Harbs has lost this group.

I'm not there yet, but I understand it.
So, for those who have already wiped their hands of Harbaugh, do you have a dream candidate in mind to be the new HC? Feasibility not withstanding (unless they're already a head coach of a successful NFL team), so it can be a coach who almost certainly wouldn't accept the job.

I'm with Ya. We haven't gone to 3 straight nfc champs for nothing. I'm pissed but no heads should roll for this yet. I'll admit If it's anyone I call for its roman/fAngio. Not Harbs yet.

Harbs seems like a guy to go down with ship... Roman needs to go, but I doubt Harbs pulls the trigger... Unlike Roman, where the offense should be looking better because of the off season additions, Vic Fangio is dealing with quite the opposite... Roman needs to be the first guy out the door!

It's got very little to do with our offensive scheme. The problems have mostly been lapses in focus and discipline, and we're showing very little composure late in the game when we have a chance to put teams away. We're also,
FOUR YEARS IN, still having trouble overseeing the game clock and our timeouts which is dumbfoundingly troubling.
Philosophically we're a mess. We're supposed to be built for the power-running game, with a QB who can keep the defense honest with his big arm and mobility, but today we combined for
NINE CARRIES between our backs, which is inexcusable. We don't have the ammunition, whether it be our QB, WRs, or OL to be a pass-first team.
It just doens't make any sense. I'm still trying to figure out this team's identity. For the last three years we've been known to be the best running and most physically tough and imposing team in the NFL. Now we're just a cesspit of penalties and awkward situational football with a hothead of a HC.
I'm not QUITE ready to jump ship on Harbaugh yet (mostly because I fail to see a better option at this point), but if this mess doesn't get cleaned up, he can take his act elsewhere.

For a team that has been to 3 straight NFC championship game, you would think that the coaching staff would be raided... But, the Jim Harbaugh coaching tree has yet to sprout limbs... Instead we have seen coaches like Tim Drevno make a lateral move for an college team... Greg Roman is the same guy Harbaugh found a few years back when he was the offensive coordinator for a mediocre high school program...

Fangio is straight with his players, Harbaugh has always been a hypocrite.

Would love 2 c Jon Gruden, he has stated he would coach again and why not the Niners? He just as intense, another qb guru, maybe its time? If Harbaugh goes back to Michigan, does that douchebag Carroll win?
