Offensive Efficiency

The Niners rack up a lot of yards with little to show for it. It takes 170+ yards of offense to score a TD. Not sure on yards per point if you include field goals.

Well, the preview of that chart worked. Just look at the last number in each line for each team (though the first three are important, too).

We're right there with the bad teams, but I feel that we aren't that bad (garbage time yards like others), just inconsistent. NO is there, too. That's why yards, passing or rushing, may be overrated. Just score Niners. Easy, right? ;)

You might say, no,duh, scoring touchdowns wins. But there are some teams that can't score touchdowns or get yards. So the point is that we're getting yards and if we can fix that efficiency we'll win more, without having to produce all that much more.

I would like to see if they could break it down as to what time in the game do the niners get most of their yards?

I mean cause lately, they have been having such a hard time moving the chains in the 2nd half compared to the first....
