Confirmed in the post game. I feel awful for him. There aren't many better men in the NFL than him IMO.

Hopefully Dorsey is ready, Dial just didn't anchor it well enough.

I don't know if it'll matter but some beat writers have posted that Harbaugh said he "may" have a small fracture and other ones are saying he does have a fracture in the leg.

Damn.... Can't rush Dorsey.... Dial and our PS NT need to fill in.

Dial is more of a DE than NT so the sooner Dorsey can get back on the field the better.
If it's a small fracture I would imagine Williams will be back late in the season (hopefully).

Sucks indeed. Dial is definitely more of a DE. He did come up with a nice sack in OT, I believe it was right before Brooks got his and the fumble.

I'm happy they have Purcell on the practice squad if need be. Not a lot of people did from what I could tell on here but I liked what I saw from him as a developmental project if they absolutely needed another body.

Hoping for a good week of practice for Dorsey. We are gonna need him if Jennings returns for the Giants.

Dial is a good pass rusher from the NT position, but he's not a good NT. He gets pushed back far too easily. Thank God the Niners have Dorsey signed a little longer 'cause
Ian Williams is injury prone so far.

By the way, has anyone else noticed that
Dial lines up in a really weird position? He looks like he's taking a dump. It doesn't look good.

Tough break. Hopefully Dorsey is available for this Sunday.
I still feel comfortable in dial, more than most anyways.
