Niners hire Tony Sparano FOR TEs coach...Good hire...Has HC experience, and has been a position coach for OL and I believe TEs for Parcells on the Cowboys.

Sparano also has some head coaching experience, which will come in handy for an inexperienced guy like Tomsula. Not only that, he actually knows how to teach blocking, so the power running game should still be a priority for the Niners.
