“We have good players,” Kaepernick said following the 49ers’ 47-7 loss to the Arizona Cardinals. “We just have to perform. Today was 100-percent my fault. There’s nothing anyone in that locker room could’ve done to change that game today the way I played.”

Kap's performance speaks for itself so no need to go into that.

Time to pull the plug on Martin, Devey, and Pears. They are flat out horrible and it's time to put Easton, Thomas, and Brown in to see what you have. I would much rather have the young guys be horrible but get reps and experience than trot out guys that are horrible but have little to no room to get better except for Martin who needs to bulk up and get stronger in the offseason.

It's just sad to watch the offensive line get routinely get blown up by just 4 down lineman despite having a numbers advantage. It's not like it's everyone holding their blocks and one guy gets beat but it's like the entire thing collapses and 3 guys are already bearing down on the QB at the snap at the ball. I just don't see how you can keep putting that out there and my the already low bar I have for the coaching staff will just hit the ground if they trot out that same starting 5 against the Packers.

The biggest concern and biggest indictment of the coaching staff is the team and maybe it's just me doesn't look like it has any confidence and seems lost from the get go. They seem to lack a fire and passion and it felt like once Kap threw that 1st pick six they were just done for the day.

One bright spot:

Armstead & Tank look like they're doing well IMO. I'm not going to criticize the defense too much when the offense did its best job to immediately put the defense back on the field ASAP.

After Kaepernick threw his second interception, the 49ers’ next 13 plays were runs –- a streak that included two scrambles. Tomsula said he sent the directive to offensive coordinator Geep Chryst to run the ball during that stretch of the game.

“Let’s grab ahold of this and get things calmed down,” Tomsula said was his reasoning by sticking with the running game.

WTF, Why is Tomsula butting into the offense playcalling? He is not Bill Walsh but a former DL line coach. Let Chryst do his job even if the offense is struggling.

I never thought I'd give up on a coaching staff 3 games into their tenure.

But it is what it is. After what happened last year and this off-season, the leash is short.

Really disheartening to hear that the offense was so simple the ARiz defense had it easy to plan. Any word yet as to whether Jed is apologizing for this loss too?

Didn't Jed shut down his Twitter account after the abuse he got became so bad last year?

Baalke and Tomsula is going to get all the heat if this season continues on this path.

Maybe around Super Bowl week, he'll get flack from the national press. Kudos on hosting the Super Bowl but what happened to the team, that was suppose to contend for this Super Bowl but is the furthest thing from a contender?

I think it's time to admit I was right that Marc Sanchez is a better QB than Colin Kaepernick.

The team could've gotten a king's ransom worth of draft picks, saved 10's of millions of dollars AND UPGRADED at QB if Baalke had as much insight into QB okay as I do and listened to me on January 24th 2014. :banghead:

What a waste. :noway:

Interesting how good ole Jed came up with the idea over the offseason that the Niners were comparable to the Warriors - lmao really? :banghead:

So he's thinking that he's comparable to Cohan/Guber, that Baalke is Jerry West/Riley, and that the rest of the FO is quality such as the Dubs? Sorry but Baalke is more a Billy Beane (overhyped) as opposed to a West (legit) and that the coaching staff is nowhere near comparable to the Dubbs.

I wasn't around to post my sentiments about that nonsense, but damn, really? These performances come to no surprise, and this will be a long season. I only for hope for some of these players that Baalke drafted to turn out okay. This is clearly rebuilding mode, unlike the "reloading" crap that came out of Jed's orifice during the offseason.

But that's rightfully so IMO.

You don't run out a coach who got you out of the abyss, three str8 playoff appearances, 3 str8 NFC title gms, 1 SB appearance, a .500 record season with injuries/dumbasses left n right and into the national spotlight.... you don't.

I'll take the blame for this game.

Before the game, I was at the grocery store and somebody saw my Niners shirt and asked me how many interceptions Kaepernick was going throw today. I told him that despite his risks, he actually has a low interception rate. He just did it at the wrong time in the playoffs. He said, "no man, he throws one like every other pass." Then, I told him "you couldn't survive doing that," jokingly saying that he throws an INT every 5 passes and he's usually good for one TD per game, running. He could tell I was joking and told me good luck.

And then he throws 4 in 19 passes and runs one TD in. Ugh.

Unfortunately I can't see that because at some point, whether after the Harbaugh freak show firing, Ray MacDonald, or Aldon Smith, can't remember, my intemperate remarks got me blocked by Jed.
