http://www.csnbayarea.com/49ers/tomsula-takes-blame-undermanned-49ers-loss

“What we did today was not good enough, and that was me,” Tomsula said after the 49ers’ 27-6 loss to the St. Louis Rams on Sunday.

I can appreciate the owning up but at what point is enough is enough?

Just play our young guys across the board from now on. There's no reason not to.

I mean, we've been drafting 12 dudes a draft for the last three years, so we've got plenty of bodies.

Hasn't he taken the blame for every loss? What is he supposed to say, it was the players fault?

I'm actually starting to feel bad for Torrey, he deserves better.

Actually, both WRs were open. The other WR was "hot" because of the blitzing CB. 0-2 on that play.

There aren't a lot of Kaepernick supporters left here at RealGM, but if anyone else is reading this:

I'm not happy Reggie Bush is hurt......I'm not happy because we signed him in the first place. Dude always gets hurt....I'm guessing more RB's would rather head towards Pitt than SFO. We'll probably wind up with "He Hate Me" or some other turd.

Do we put in Gabbert and hope the offense can at least put up 14 a game, or do we leave Kaep in and hope he gets us the #1 pick? I've never seen an offense struggle like a Kaep led offense. I agree with everyone about the young guys playing. Brandon Thomas and Trent Robinson should be starting next week on offense. Armstead and Harold on defense.

It really doesn't matter who the QB is of this team with the coaches and O-line we have. Oh and lets not forget the non existent running game because of the great front office decisions. Kaepernick's career as a 49er is probably over, we aren't going to get anything out of him at this point. Another long rebuilding point for this franchise. Sigh

Did you see how bad Rodgers played tonight without a line giving him more than 1 read to look at? he was awful. Brady was the same way last season with a bad line. The biggest problem is the lack of blocking up the middle and on the right side of the line. They cant run block and they cant pass protect. They are just stealing their paycheck doing jack. I take that back, they cant even do jack. They are pure crap and have been the downfall of this team. The defense is playing alright. But we are a team built to run to open up the pass and we cant run. Now with Davis injuring his hand and might be out for a while, Bush tearing his ACL, and Hyde with a broken foot even if they did block we aint running. No running = no passing either. We need a new OC and OL coach so badly. The ones we have are trash. They should be kicked out of football never to coach again.

Rodgers had a bad game playing against an undefeated Denver team... And Brady won the Superbowl last year.

O-line needs work no question but when you have to shell out money for Kap it takes away from such needs. Plus Kap isn't doing his line any favors. Ship him up the river and rebuild. Fire sale of the 9ers and the sale ends Tuesday.

Could not watch the game, was Mike Davis as bad as his stats? He has not been impressive previously. Seems like decent backup backs are a dime a dozen in this league and this is the best we can get? Also looks like Reggie Bush was a brilliant pickup. Worst things was he was doing nothing anyway. Just great management.

You guys who think bringing in a new QB is going to fix all this, get over it. This is an entire organization just flailing.
