Both high first round picks and were supposed to be the next best WR in the NFL.

Stokes. At least Crabtree had one 1,000 yard season and was a big part of 2012 playoff run. The 49ers traded up for Stokes and he never did a thing of note

Do you realize that it's been about 15 years now? I think it was 1999, it was my first year with the internet and he was coming off an 8 TD season lol.

I still say if JJ wasn't behind Jerry and TO he would have done something! :oops:

LOL, I hope that is sarcasm. JJ STokes had his chance and was underwhelming. Not enough speed and not enough physicality. Not an NFL player. Scouts choked on that one.

Young got the ball too TO okay :) Stokes just didn't have the speed or physical combination to be a good NFL player.
