Weakest Arm Starting QB NFL history

This subject is always fun and deserves to come up every once in a while.

Alex Smith probably isn't anywhere near the top of this list despite a poop arm, but who you got?

Does Ken Dorsey count as a starter? He started for a bit.

He's the guy who made me think of the subject. He's gotta have a stronger arm than Ken Dorsey though.

Chad Pennington had a really weak arm later in his career, but that was because of a shoulder injury that never fully healed.

I couldnt say outside of SF. I liked Jeff Garcia as a QB, but he had a weak arm

I have a special place in my heart for how weak Hill's arm was. Dorsey's may have been worse, but he loses points for lack of starting experience.

There were probably some serious noodle arms back in the XFL that got some reps in the NFL at some point.
