Ezekiel Elliott - RB - Player

Ohio State RB Ezekiel Elliott measured in with the biggest hands among running backs at the Scouting Combine.

Elliott actually tied South Carolina RB Brandon Wilds for the top spot with 10 1/4-inch hands. Ball secure and one of the top blocking running backs in this year's draft, Elliott projects as a middle to late first-round selection.

Derrick Henry - RB - Player

Alabama RB Derrick Henry measured in at 6-foot-2 1/2, 247 pounds at the NFL Scouting Combine.

He was listed at 6'3/238 by the Crimson Tide. For comparison, Eddie Lacy weighed 231 pounds at his Combine. For those familiar with Football Outsiders' Speed Score metric, get ready for Henry to set it on fire. On game tape, Henry shows tremendous open-field speed in addition to underrated footwork in traffic. We wouldn't be shocked if he ran in the 4.47-4.53 range.

Laremy Tunsil - T - Player

Ole Miss LT Laremy Tunsil measured 6-foot-5, 310 with 34 1/4-inch arms at the NFL Scouting Combine.

The dimensions are ideal for an NFL left tackle, which is where Tunsil projects after allowing exactly zero quarterback hits in 2015. NFL teams like to see their offensive tackles with arm length of at least 33 1/2 inches, and ideally close to or better than 34. A serious candidate to be the draft's No. 1 overall pick, Tunsil should keep checking boxes throughout the week in Indy.

Ronnie Stanley - T - Player

Notre Dame LT Ronnie Stanley measured 6-foot-5 3/4, 312 with 35 5/8-inch arms at the NFL Scouting Combine.

Stanley also has monstrous 10 5/8-inch hands. Ole Miss' Laremy Tunsil is seen as this year's highest-upside left tackle prospect, but Golden Domer Stanley may offer the highest floor. He also has slightly better physical dimensions than Tunsil, who weighed in at 6-foot-5, 310 with 34 1/4-inch arm length.

I'll try to have my usual combine information up and going as much as possible again this year. Quite busy these days immersing myself in the game as much as possible so not sure how much I will be able to pop on but I'll try to have my usual information throughout if I can.

Carson Wentz - QB - Bison

Cleveland Browns head coach Hue Jackson commented Wednesday at the NFL Scouting Combine that hand size matters for signal-callers.

The internet tea-leave readers are taking this quote as a slam-dunk indication that the Browns will take Carson Wentz over Jared Goff at No. 2. We're way too early for all of that, but it's probably fair to say that Wentz has an early leg up in the competition due to his superior physical attributes. Wentz measured in to the Reese's Senior Bowl with 10-inch hands. Goff is scheduled to be measured in on Thursday, though USA TODAY's Tom Pelissero reported that Goff has "tiny" hands.

Jared Goff - QB - Golden Bears

Cal QB Jared Goff measured in with 9-inch hands at the NFL Combine.

Goff also measured 6-foot-4 and 215-pounds in Indianapolis. It seems many were anticipating or awaiting Goff's hand size, as USA Today's Tom Pelissero noted the quarterback's hands are "supposedly tiny" just a few days ago. If a team does use a threshold number, which is likely the best way to implement these measurements, 9-inches is commonly reported as the cutoff. Hand sizes can vary based on the event and who is measuring, but expect teams to keep this and move forward evaluating Goff as normal. For argument's sake, a number of NFL starters have smaller hands.

Christian Hackenberg - QB - Nittany Lions

Penn State Christian Hackenberg measured in at 6-foot-4 3/8, 223-pounds and 9-inch hands.

As always, certain parts of the process mean more to specific teams and coaches than others, and quarterback hand size likely top the list as examples. So many quarterbacks have hands around 9-inches, and a buffer of 1/8-inch can likely be considered as well. Perhaps more surprising, Hackenberg is considered to be a "well built" quarterbacks and is only eight pounds heavier than the "thin" Jared Goff.

Laquon Treadwell - WR - Player

Ole Miss WR Laquon Treadwell measured 6-foot-2, 221 with 33 3/8-inch arms at the NFL Combine.

He has 9 1/2-inch hands. Treadwell is often compared to Dez Bryant, who measured 6-foot-2, 225 at the 2010 NFL Combine. Bryant checked in with 34-inch arms and 9 3/4-inch hands, so he's slightly bigger than Treadwell in every measurement. Treadwell will run the forty at Ole Miss' March 28 Pro Day. Bryant also skipped the Combine forty and ran 4.52 at Oklahoma State's Pro Day.

Will Fuller - WR - Player

Notre Dame WR Will Fuller's hands measured just 8 1/4 inches at the NFL Scouting Combine.

Fuller's smallish hands may have played a part in his penchant for college drops, which are the biggest knock against the speedster's game. Fuller stands 6-foot, 186 and showed the ability to outrun coverage for the Irish. College Football Focus charged Fuller with 21 drops over the past two seasons.

Corey Coleman - WR - Player

Baylor WR Corey Coleman measured 5-foot-10 1/2 and 194 pounds at the NFL Scouting Combine.

He has 9-inch hands and 30 1/4-inch arms. Although Coleman's catch radius is a bit limited from a physical standpoint, he showed the ability to compensate at Baylor with absurd leaping ability and overall athleticism. Coleman is one of the draft's most explosive prospects and a potential first-round selection.

Josh Doctson - WR - Player

TCU WR Josh Doctson measured 6-foot-2 and 202 pounds at the NFL Combine.

He has good hand size at 9 7/8 inches. Doctson lacks top-shelf stature, but "plays big" and is a natural hands catcher. Whether he enters the top-20 draft discussion may depend partially on how Doctson performs in Combine testing.

Carson Wentz - QB - Player

North Dakota State QB Carson Wentz measured 6-foot-5 1/4 and 237 pounds at the NFL Scouting Combine.

Wentz also measured in with 10-inch hands, dwarfing the carnie-sized 9-inch mitts of Jared Goff and Christian Hackenberg. (We kid, sorta.) Speaking at the Combine on Wednesday, new Browns coach Hue Jackson didn't hide his affinity for big-bodied quarterbacks with big hands. More so than Goff, Wentz fits Jackson's description. Both should be in play for Cleveland at No. 2 overall.

Taylor Decker - T - Player

Ohio State OT Taylor Decker measured 6-foot-7, 310 with 33 3/4-inch arms at the NFL Combine.

The arm length is above the NFL's offensive tackle threshold, which is typically in the range of 33 to 33 1/2 inches. Due to some pass protection deficiencies, most talent evaluators expect Decker to kick to right tackle in the pros. Decker earned Big Ten Offensive Lineman of the Year honors in 2015.

Jack Conklin - T - Player

Michigan State OT Jack Conklin measured 6-foot-5 3/4 and 308 pounds with 35-inch arms at the Scouting Combine.

He was listed at 6-foot-6, 325 on the Spartans' website. A projected first-round pick, Conklin is hoping to show left tackle-caliber athleticism in Indy. Some believe he's best suited for the right side. With 35-inch vines for arms, Conklin possesses the necessary length to stay at left tackle in the pros.

Chase Goodbread:

ASU OL Christian Westerman, thought to be a threat to finish atop bench press event, fell short w/ cramp (34 reps). Goal was low 40s.

South Carolina WR Pharoh Cooper won't run 40-yard dash in Indy. Strained quad in training. South Carolina pro day is April 1.

Mackensie Alexander - DB - Player

Clemson CB Mackensie Alexander will sit out on-field drills at the Combine after injuring his hamstring in the National Championship game.

Per NFL.com's Rand Getlin, Alexander should be ready to roll by the Tigers' March 10 Pro Day. The 5-foot-11, 195-pound corner is viewed as anything from a mid-first rounder to day-two prospect. He's Josh Norris' No. 29 overall player.
