Rashard Robinson pick looks like it'll pay off as that was somewhat of a gamble on Baalke's part. He still needs to develop but he seems like he has the raw skill to be a potential starter in the near future.

Just dump Martin now. He can't even cut it against backups

Huge mistake.

Andrew Tiller was cut by 4 teams, including the 49ers. Martin is 5 years younger than Tiller, and he has better physical gifts.

Martin makes nothing, and the Niners have a ton of cap space. You buy low. Sign him to a 4-year extension for cheap after this season.

Doesn't matter how many times Tiller was cut, he is playing ten times better than Martin. Martin has graded out to be the worst center and guards in the league. He might be younger, but I don't see him improving that much to actually make him serviceable. Tiller is ten times better than Martin

If he's 22 & still not playing well, keep him around as a backup for now. O-linemen usually take a long time to peak, and the dude's still just a few months older than our rookie guard, Garret.

And Garrett graded out poorly too. Should he be cut? He makes far more money than Martin does.

Garrett is a rookie and in his first year in the NFL and still looks better than Martin. Martin still is awful after three years in the league. Martin will never make up that much ground

Return to San Francisco 49ers
