There's a video of Tank destroying an offensive lineman but I can't find it

Is Tank even going to make the team?

He's been starting at the "Strong" defensive end spot all spring, really holding the spot for Solomon Thomas but apparently he's been impressive, this appears to be the role of him. In short, yes he should make the team and get significant playing time.
The vet lineman that I see getting cut is Dial. Blair will probably end up backing up Buckner. Right now Dial is second strong but with his contract and Blair's potential, I think they keep Blair.

It's post like these from all camps and college all-star game practices that drive me absolutely crazy. Next to garbage without a compilation of every second of every rep over multiple days and weeks IMO.

On a separate note, Vinnie Sunseri is likely going to be one of the names this year that will end up taking months off the end of my life if this safety misfortune sticks. Like so many others in the past.....

Kyle Shanahan says Carlos Hyde “has given himself a chance to have a good season.”

Does anyone else think we might be surprisingly decent this season? I just don't see us being nearly as bad as last year

I'm personally not seeing it. Its going to take awhile to shed the deep rooted, talent deficient, stain Trent Baalke has left on this franchise.
The schedule is brutal. At best, I would say 3-13. I could also easily see a 1-15 season with the only win coming at home against LA.

I'm just looking for all those high draft picks drafted in the last 2-3 years to show signs that they could be pro bowl level players some day.

I guess in part that would depend on what you would consider being a decent season. The team can't get worse than last year with a 2-14 record and statistically at or near the bottom on both offense and defense. Under a best case scenario, it could look much better than last year. Baalke focused draft picks on defense and our defense was still horrible. It wasn't very good to start the season and then injuries to linebackers sealed its fate. Add in crappy coaching on the defensive side of the ball under Jim O'Neil and you have awful. I was leery of the O'Neil hire last year after reading reports from players in Cleveland and seeing how bad their defense went under O"Neil. Saleh is unproven as a DC, but at least he is employing a simpler scheme that lets players make plays. It is also possible that the offense could get better under Shanahan and Hoyer. Not expecting a lot from Hoyer but at least play decent. Maybe both on offense and defense we approach closer to midpack rather than be cellar dwellers under both categories

Imagining the Niners w/ Trubisky at QB and having this DL makes me extremely
LDE: Aaron Lynch (whom I'd extend ASAP)
DT: Sheldon Richardson
DT: Buckner
RDE: Armstead / Elvis
