Post#1 » by CalamityX12 » Wed Sep 13, 2017 1:26 pm

Game 2!!!! lets see if we can make some marginal improvement at least. Don't see a happy ending in our future here.

Post all pregame related items here(due to low activity).

The only way I can see any sort of chance of winning this is if Seattle's offensive line plays even worse than ours. Which is entirely possible considering how bad Seattle's offensive line was against Green Bay's defense.

But hard for me to see the 9ers offense scoring more than Seattle even if it's a low scoring game.

Well if Armstead and Buckner can't even create pressure against Seattle's OL then one of the two needs to be dumped ASAP...

The problem with the 49ers is the offense always goes impotent in Seattle. We can do nothing but punt all the time. So even if our dline gets pressure and limits Seattle's offense, we will give them so many chances that they score enough to beat us.

Rewatched the GB and Seattle game and I'll be extremely disappointed if we don't get a decent pass rush. Seattle's offensive line is the worst in the league and even worse than ours because we at least have good tackles. I expect them Seattle's o line to patch things up a bit and play better than they did last week but there is no excuse to not be good against the run and pass with the front 7.

The problem is the interior of our offensive line is going to have a long day and Hoyer might not make it out of Seattle alive. Rodgers had the mobility that allowed him to avoid the pass rush to a certain extent but Hoyer just doesn't have that mobility and I can see him getting hit and sacked a lot.

Packers couldn't get much done in the running game either which doesn't bode well for us since I don't think there is any chance if the running game isn't at least respectable so play action pass is effective.

I think Shanahan should have Bolden Jr active for this game as I see this being a more low scoring affair and maybe Bolden Jr running one back or getting good field position can be a difference maker.

Glad Tomlinson is starting. He could still be bad in there but hard to imagine him being any worse than Beadles in there.

Laken is starting.. as already mentioned...

Hoping we make some big plays today... both sides...

To humor the thought, DL needs to really flex their make believe muscles and destroy the OL for sure... we need to win that LOS if we are to make this a close game... Hopefully the lengths and Heights of our men is enough to disrupt WIlson in the pocket and on the outside should he try to book it
