AND my thoughts are true....

Through would be 9 weeks into the NFL season.

We only played ONE team entering in with a winning record....

LOL

So glad Akhello Witherspoon is getting playing time. Keith Reaser should have been starting along side of him all this time. Ward or Robinson in the slot. Tartt and Reid at safety. Defense had potential in the secondary this year if we didn't squander it giving time to unworthy players

Reaser was cut and failed to make an impact. It was obvious if he couldn't catch on after all this time he wasn't going to make it at least as a starter.

Facing another team coming off a bye week. The NFL isn't doing the 9ers many favors with the schedule......

Akhello should have been starting all season. The guy didn't suddenly become a physical player, but he actually got a shot to play and proved his worth. Reaser SHOULD have been given the same opportunity. Dontae is clearly not the answer, but due to politics or maybe because he's a better tackler has been given a long leash. Akhello is going to settle into his role as a starter and will NOT be anymore of a physical player than he was in training camp.

He's what corners do, watch #22 Peters:

IMO, tackling/physicality barely factors into a great CB—coverage does.

I have this feeling that getting the L today is going to be tough. Hope I’m wrong.

Next two games are pretty winnable but I don't like the odds.

Cards are coming off a bye and I have a tough time seeing the 9ers do anything on offense.

Looks like you can breathe a sigh of relief.

So far they are manning up to go get that L.

Cardinals don't have our droppers as receivers.

Other than Buccannon’s blitz from the edge...Trent Brown has done well at LT. He’s beasting Chandler Jones so far.

This might be the worst game I have seen a healthy Kilgore play.

You would think they would be doing more quick throws with this makeshift OL

Last I heard Brown wanted LT money so I imagine the coaches will be looking very closely how he does at LT.

A scenario where they move Brown to LT, put a rookie at RT, and move on from Staley wouldn't be shocking to me next year.
