Not sure where Tyree Jackson goes. I think that is who was added, Buff QB if I recall correctly.

Unfortunately for the 49ers' success, Jesse Armstead didn't.

Won't be able to get the full Wes Hills experience in a Senior Bowl week because you won't see him vs. much contact but it's still an addition I can get behind. Originally was at Delaware but was ruled academically ineligible so he transferred to Slippery Rock for his last season. Upright style in the David Johnson mold (6'2/220).

Now, I was far more sure of DJ coming in and had him as an all-time RB evaluation but there's some similarities in the way they play. The academic thing scares me more than the level of competition he played against. Physically I feel very confident that I know what I'm getting and I'm extremely arrogant and confident in my ability to trust what I see with my eyes at that position. I just don't know how the academic stuff ties into the package you're getting yet. He'll also be a 24-year old rookie. On the flip side, he never had a major role while at Delaware and didn't get a lot of run there so he only has one major year of usage despite already being 24.
