A punter

Post#1 » by radtech » Mon Apr 29, 2019 12:01 am

4th rounder on a punter? That's so stupid and he's 27 years old. A guard or cornerback would have been nice.

Side note, Hakeem Butler was available when they pick Hurd. He quit the Vols because he feared of getting too many hits as their running back. Running backs have a short life span in the nfl, try saying that to Frank Gore whose still playing.

I agree re: a punter. I disagree re: Hurd. Moving from RB to WR shows that he's smart. It's not as harmful for him physically, and he has a future in the NFL this way. No way he was going to make it as a 6'5" RB. The fact that Frank Gore is still playing doesn't change the fact that RB has the shortest shelf life of all NFL positions.
