Yeah, I was legit worried about his accuracy, even after the reports from camp. But so far, he's really impressing me. We'll see if he keeps it up.

He was disappointing the moment they announced the pick. But he's on the roster, so I hope he can put it together.

Lance was just solid and did what you expect from a rookie QB by having some really strong moments and some weak ones. Guys dropping balls and the offensive line did him no favors but he still made mistakes on his own.

Overall I came away more encouraged than discouraged because the capability he has to play the position was on full display, just needs experience and to start building some consistency.

That 80 yard bomb was basically the reason he'll eventually take the job over Jimmy though. No way Jimmy even attempts that and Jimmy takes Aiyuk for just a nice gain not the TD throw.

Jimmy is the week 1 starter for now but we'll see what happens in the next preseason game.

Was at the game so I didn't get a chance to see as many replays as those watching on TV would get. But Lance brought about an electricity in the crowd that Jimmy G didn't provide in his one opening drive (even though he was on target).
