I would presume the Yorks own "49ers Enterprises."
NFL owners owning PL clubs isn't new. The Glazers own the Bucs and Manchester United. Stan Kronke, who owns the Rams, also own Arsenal.
But American owners, which including the Boston-based group which owns Liverpool (with Lebron James having a smalls are), are finding it difficult to compete with Mideastern oil money, where they don't care if the soccer clubs turn profits.
Yorks may find it difficult to compete in the PL unless they really open up their wallets.
