Week 13: 49ers @ Eagles

Armstead was questionable, but is active
Ray Ray was questionable, and is inactive today.
Rest of the inactives are: Jalen Graham, Davis Price, Robert Beal, Brayden Willis, Ben Bartch. Chris Conley and Erik Harris were elevated from the practice squad. 9ers are thin at S, so Harris might actually see some snaps on defense. Apparently they think Isaiah Oliver could play S in a pinch also, I don't really like that idea.
Kalia Davis is active for the first time in his career.
Not having McCloud could be a factor in this game. We know that the special teams coverage units leave a lot to be desired and with a backup returner being needed today I'd imagine we see Kyle got completely conservative in the return game. If they even get fielded I think we see a lot of fair catches on punts, and maybe even a couple fair catches on kickoffs if they are short kicks. In other words, I think the best we can ask for in the 3rd phase today, is just to not give up any big returns.
9ers are coming off a Thursday game, so they have a couple days extra rest than Philly has coming into this one. However, that might be somewhat negated since SF is on yet another cross country trip. At least its a 4:25 kickoff, which should help the body clocks for the 9ers.
Its doesn't need to be said that this is a big game. If 9ers win they get setup fairly well to wind up the #1 seed and the 1st round bye that comes with it. If 9ers lose today, it will pretty much end their pursuit of the #1 seed.
