There certainly is no shortage of talent in the coaching pool this offseason, the problem is, will the 49ers be able to keep someone for more than one season for once?

I am certainly not adverse to the hiring of Gailey, Martz or Cameron, but this team needs someone that's going to be at least be here for more than one year to establish some continuity.

I dont know much about this guy so any of you that do, can you fill me in on why he would be a good hire? Or better higher than Martz, Billick, or Cameron?
