I feel that this is a great signing for the 49ers indirectly. If somehow Whisenhunt believes Anderson is better than Leinart it should make things easier for SF.

Could be good could be bad. The competition could take focus away from the true starter and bring down Arizona's offense, but if Anderson somehow comes back to his Pro-Bowl year we could be in bigggg trouble. He could be a big problem considering he's never had offensive weapons like Fitz, Beanie, Doucet, Breaston and Hightower.

Anderson is hot and cold but if I'm the Cards I ride out Leinart for at least half the season.

That 2007 Pro Bowl year for Anderson was a fluke. Don't know how it ever happened.
