Pacman in SF?

Looks like we are willing to take a risk on possibly the most troubled athlete in professional sports. Could be a huge upgrade if he is able to turn his life around. Adam "Pacman" Jones with Shantae Spencer? Possibly Thomas or Mays coming in the draft? Our secondary could be very impressive.

Pacman isn't that good. Too busy making it rain.

Exactly if he's cheap, u can never have to many CB's. Plus returner maybe.

Pacman is a cancer. Get him away from SF. Go sign with Detroit where he can be a loser and blend in perfectly.

How is he a cancer? He hasnt ruined any teams. He's a dumb as a brick off the field but I've never heard of him hurting team moral for the titans or cowboys.

He's a cancer because he's a moron and does stupid off-field activities that become a distraction to the rest of the team. Media would focus more on Pacman making it rain or beating some random guy than on the 49ers. I rather have a mediocre Tarell Brown than a mediocre Pacman. Pacman isn't even a good CB.

Bingo. Pacman is a sucky CB and a decent kick returner. We can find the latter late in the draft or through guys like Allen Rossum in FA. We don't need Pacman.

Rossum was OK but it seemed like he always wanted to run around east-west on punt returns before finally making a decision. Was frustrating at times.

Unless we get a solid player in the draft, Pacman can be solid depth at the CB position, and maybe after a solid year of work he can return to his Tennessee days. He's better than Roman and you all know it.

Ya I moreso meant guys LIKE that, KR specialists through FA. And that was very weird with Rossum, he was fantastic in Atlanta.

Im sure SF could get Arenas in the 3rd or 4th round. Not only can he return but also play some secondary every once in awhile. Never hurts to have DB depth.

Pacman is still living off his name. He isn't that good anymore and he doesn't fit in with our culture we are building.

Pretty sure the only reason he has notoriety and rapport within the league is because his official NFL name is so odd.

I am sure ivang would disagree. He seems enamored with players that have "names".
