It's tough... I see the logic in sticking with Flynn, but the footsteps are undeniable and i do sense this could be a lot like the situation Denver had with Tebow chants haunting the incumbent starter. I'd like to avoid that kind of problem and if the two are mostly equal and one clearly has the higher ceiling, well maybe conventional vet wisdom need not apply.

It's certainly not official, but it sounds like there's a good shot Wilson gets some time with the first team in the 3rd game. I will be curious to see how PC divides the snaps...will both QBs get some time with the first stringers? Will they just do a complete role reversal?

This is a really odd scenario. What does one root for as a Seahawk fan? I guess that both play well and the best man wins?

This QB situation is just plain weird. Weird in the sense that it could go on for a long time. How long will it go on before a definite longer term starting QB emerges, even if Flynn is the starter going into this season? Of course, if he is, and he plays real well, then it could die down somewhat. But can you honestly expect that when he's not getting the reps he needs heading into the season?

Imagine if RW was a few inches taller, and there was nothing, physically speaking, to doubt about him, just how he played? There is something about RW. He does seem to have that *it* factor, though this is just from what I've seen of a few preseason games. I could be embarrassed that I even wrote such a thing a few years from now.

Then there's the musical chairs game going on as to who is going to make the team's receiving corp. That's not helping anything out here. And some receivers have already been missing practice time.

I've got to look at the schedule early on and see how possible it will be to remain .500 or better the first half of the season when our passing game is probably still going to be in the process of finding itself.
