Re: Off-Season Thread
1. I would make Clowney a priority. But I'm not sure the FO see's it that way.
2. As much hate as Ifedi gets, I think the team will make re-signing him an actual priority. His flaws are obvious. But he's developed into an adequate starting RT. More importantly, who do you replace him with? Another Rookie? Fant wants to be a starting LT. I think he's gone.
Upgrading both the OL & DL should be at the forefront. Also more depth at LB & DB, I think are also needed. I don't want to see Lano Hill & Thompson on this roster going forward. Same goes for Prosise.

Depending on price. The mega all out price is a no go for me. I think he's extremely disruptive, but he had 3 sacks all year and is injury prone.
2. No real point in keeping Ziggy around. Finding a significant upgrade in Free Agency should be the goal.
ziggy needs to split. His body has completely given up on him.

I would actually argue we have enough draft capitol to get an established RT easily, or better yet, go pay Jack Conklin of the Titans who is 25 and worth it. Ifedi can't continue being #1 in penalties several years in a row while also being the 50th ranked O-Lineman in the league.

Yes those guys are gone.

Start of Free Agency
J. Reed is back!
Good deal. My guess is that Clowney is all but gone.

Re: Off-Season Thread
yeah not touching that contract for Fant, but good on him. I'll be curious to watch his work with the jets assuming he gets a starting position for that kind of dough.
Usher in the era of Jamarco Jones.

Seahawks sign C/G B.J. Finney (2 years, $8 million): A+ Grade
The Seahawks hadn't done anything in free agency thus far beyond signing Greg Olsen. This, however, makes up for Seattle's idle status up to this point.
This is a stellar signing. B.J. Finney played very well last season when taking over for the suspended Maurkice Pouncey. He showed the ability to be a solid starting lineman in the NFL, so the Seahawks are getting him for great value. Finney can start at both center and guard, so the versatility, upside and price combine to give Seattle an A+ grade.

nice always need a guy like Finney and that is a screaming deal. For him, he obviously sees a chance to jump a chump in the depth chart.

Re: Off-Season Thread
Yeah i do think he's underrated and also if we can't do better than him, we whiff on the offseason for a key need.We had to find a cliff avril. I'm ok with this knowing Green and Collier (wtf happened there) are hungry for that spot should we blow it.

My guess is he's going to start at either Guard or Center (if they cut Britt). Likely taking Iupati's spot.

I want to hope Iupati is done being a starter. Even though he graded well in the run game, he was awful in pass protection and racked up penalties. I would restructure Britt if possible.
