Free Agency

For questions about why Will Fries hasn't signed yet, it's worth remembering the tibia injury he suffered last season. Teams may be wanting to bring him in for a physical, which they can't do until Wednesday.

Everyone is freaking out about him signing with Minnesota. But he was the one guy I was worried they would overpay for. Especially with him coming off that injury. It was a risky signing imo.

probably telling that he is signing before the physical can happen Wed, so maybe so but still... we may have to reach 2x in our first 3 picks now if we don't get like Jenkins

There’s no other way to put it: If John Schneider doesn’t sign Teven Jenkins or Mekhi Becton, this free agency period is an adjunct failure for the #Seahawks.

If you throw out the 5 games he played last year before the injury, he's been an average level Guard for his career.

Honestly, I think we might be glad he signed with Minnesota.

seems like everyone has to overpay sometimes... f-it go get Becton. Give him the bag and tell him he's got a real shot at RT again, as well, which he would with Abe's health/play.

we do need an edge after DreMont despite how much I like Hall and Mafe (should rename to Oates)... would we consider Bosa? (don't personally like either brother for non playing reasons), but would be a splash on the edge.
