Corbin had another good point, which is Geno would have been owed a 6 mil roster bonus this month, so when he wanted 45/year they decided to bounce even though they thought they were going to ride with him until his agent came too spicy.

Fields is simply not a good fit in this offense. I would be shocked at this point if it's not one of either Darnold or Cousins. But it seems like Darnold is pretty much a foregone conclusion.
Btw this is interesting...Comparing Geno vs. Darnold this past season.

Geno was Pete's guy. I don't think he fully bought into Mike's culture & the new staff. He wanted to rejoin Pete. Which makes sense.
Darnold= Kubiak's guy.
Let's hope it works out.
