I think they will draft a receiver but not in the 1st round.

Emeka Egbuka overlaps with JSN. They have very similar skillsets. Also, Tez Johnson is too undersized to really be anything but a slot receiver. There are better options.

Jayden Higgins & Jaylin Noel (Lockett replacement) are both interesting. Higgins is a bigger receiver.

I just saw the yards costed by a wr penalty stat for him and it was uniquely awful, so yeah.

Him & Pickens on the same team is hilarious. Two of the biggest hotheads. They might set a record for penalties lol. Hell, they might even fight each other.

It really comes down to the QB. If they bring in Rodgers, it could blow up in their face badly.

Fix the O-line. Bring in the right QB & it could work.

Yeah I would even go so far as to go all in on Darnold and still draft a QB like Dart (would be higher than 50 I think, though), Riley, or gads... maybe Milroe if Sam is already in hand.

I think it's clear by now that Mike & Klint are trying to bring in their own guys.

Geno, DK & Lockett we're all tied to Pete. It sounds like DK & Tyler didn't really buy into the new culture. Especially after spending so much time with Pete. That's why they're both gone.

Btw Pete did the same thing when he dumped Hasselbeck for Tarvaris Jackson & completely flipped the roster. Which is fairly typical when a new coach takes over. Remember they had something like 200 transactions over a 2-year period (2010 & 2011).
