Lets Make This Board Big...

Post#1 » by SugeKnight718 » Mon Apr 2, 2007 1:45 am

I want to be the first to thank whoever's idea it was to make seperate boards for baseball ala basketball!!

I hope these boards don't go useless like some of the basketball teams boards are.

Here's to start of this board...
Lets make sure the Yankee board is the best baseball board as well!!!

I'll be checking in here from time to time. I live in Central Illinois and frequent the Bulls forum, but I'm a Yankees fan. I take an unbelievable amount of crap for it being in Illinois.

Anyway, that's how my dad raised me. I think this could be a real good season.

I've posted a lot over at the Yankees usenet group over the past decade, and while that group has some terrific posters, it also tends to be overwhelmed by trolls - particularly in the post-season. A moderated forum for Yankees will be a welcome addition.

Try living 20 mins outside of Boston. Let me tell you about a fun train ride home. But ****'em my father didn't raise me to be stupid.

Don't think making this board big will be too difficult, with the Opening Day game thread already at 24 pages...

That means less playing time for Melky.

Anyways I couldn't careless if this Board is big or not, it's all about quality and since most of us are New Yorkers thats shouldn't be a problem.

NYY 2007!!!
