Faced numerous problems with his neighbors who complained of "vomit on their doors, used condoms on the back porch, loud parties at all hours of the night, and various noise complaints" b/c of Stevens.

Koren Robinson was a drunk. Jerramy Stevens is just an a**hole. I don't think there's any sort of "help" he can get for that...
