Hi, I'm Troy McClure. You may remember me from such Classic threads as "Come on and predict the seahawks record" and "Um...hey there's a game today! Seahawks at Rams"

Today I bring you, as the title states, the opportunity to predict the Seahaks win/loss record predraft. It will give us the chance to look back in September and see how our thoughts on the team change after a couple months.

Seattle at Buffalo Sun.
Seattlevs. San Francisco
Seattle vs. St. Louis
Bye Week
Seattle at N.Y. Giants
Seattle vs. Green Bay
Seattle at Tampa Bay
Seattle at San Francisco
Seattle vs. Philadelphia
Seattle at Miami
Seattle vs. Arizona
Seattle vs. Washington
Seattle at Dallas
Seattle vs. New England
Seattle at St. Louis
Seattle vs. N.Y. Jets
Seattle at Arizona

Now, to do this, quote my message, delete everything that's not the schedule and bold your picks. It should look like this:

Seattle at Buffalo
Seattle vs. San Francisco
Seattle vs. St. Louis
Bye Week
Seattle at N.Y. Giants
Seattle vs. Green Bay
Seattle at Tampa Bay
Seattle at San Francisco
Seattle vs. Philadelphia
Seattle at Miami
Seattle vs. Arizona
Seattle vs. Washington
Seattle at Dallas
Seattle vs. New England
Seattle at St. Louis
Seattle vs. N.Y. Jets
Seattle at Arizona

I don't think the Seahawks ever really play well out east. Also, I hate early Bye weeks. 11-5. Don't think it's that much of a stretch, if they can take care of business in the division. I'd say this season, can be anywhere from 11 to 8 wins.

All right, you didn't ask for this, but I'm going to throw in some commentary.

Seattle at Buffalo

Good time of year to play @ Buffalo, before it's too cold. Team is fired up to start off the season and prove it can win on the road.

Seattle vs. San Francisco
Seattle vs. St. Louis
Bye Week
Seattle at N.Y. Giants

Defending Super Bowl champs are cursed, plus the Hawks are coming off their bye. Hawks are riding high and getting lots of buzz.

Seattle vs. Green Bay

... and then the let-down.

Seattle at Tampa Bay

Here's where the ship seems to be sinking, the recriminations and finger-pointing begin...

Seattle at San Francisco

Good way to right the ship.

Seattle vs. Philadelphia
Seattle at Miami
Seattle vs. Arizona
Seattle vs. Washington

We're 9-2 at this point, and there's a decent chance we have mathematically clinched the division.

Seattle at Dallas
Seattle vs. New England

Here's where everyone in the national media starts talking about how overrated the Hawks are (like they do every year).

Seattle at St. Louis
Seattle vs. N.Y. Jets
Seattle at Arizona

12-4 and a first-round bye.

Our schedule doesn't look that bad. Especially compared to Pittsburgh

Houston Texans
at Cleveland Browns
at Philadelphia Eagles
Baltimore Ravens
Jacksonville Jaguars
Bye
at Cincinnati Bengals
New York Giants.
at Washington Redskins
Indianapolis Colts
San Diego Chargers
Cincinnati Bengals
at New England Patriots
Dallas Cowboys

Baltimore Ravens
Tennessee Titans
Cleveland Browns

They'll be lucky to go 8-8

All together now: "one of these things is not like the other..." (Hint: stripey helmets.)
