Peter Sirmon receives offer from Arizona

Tennessee Titans free agent linebacker Peter Sirmon has been offered a contract by the Arizona Cardinals.
Sirmon, a starter for the Titans at middle linebacker last year, is mulling the offer, which is one-year for the NFL veteran minimum of $720,000.

He's definitely not what he used to be, and with Stephen Tulloch creeping up his back (I guess Ryan Fowler too), this could be a good situation to go into. Arizona's starting to build a strong youth foundation, and Sirmon could be a good mentor for the young LBs they have.
