Basically after a week after being eliminated from the playoffs. The Titans give OC Norm Chow the ax early Tuesday morning. This is after the Titans ranked 21st overall in total offense and became the first team with only nine touchdown passes to reach the playoffs in a 16-game season. But Fisher said the day after his Titans (10-6) lost an AFC wild-card game to San Diego 17-6 that improving the offense was his top priority this offseason. BAsically, Fisher's first priority is to find a OC and help find players best suited to improve the Titans offense.

Yes. But I don't think it's Chow's fault. Young still struggles to throw the ball and he doesn't have any decent WR to throw to. They should look to grab a good possesion reciever.

On Chow's schemes. I wish he add the option for the TEs. The Titans haven't had good TEs' since Frank Wycheck and the unfortunated injured prone Erron Kinney. W/o a TE in their scheme. The Titans were force to rely on a deep passing game with an inconsistant passing game of VY and lack of a go-to guy among the WRs'. This is a big issue that the Titans will go to work on during the draft and the offseason.
